Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchases from Max K-Beauty. If you need to return, exchange, or get a refund for a product, we’ve made the process as simple as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

Refund Policy:

If any product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll happily refund or exchange it according to the terms below:

• Refunds for promotional offers will follow the terms of the offer.
• For bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free,” all items must be returned.
• Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and quality checked, typically taking 4-5 days, with an additional 2 business days for the refund to be processed. Please note that refunds may not appear until your bank’s next statement cycle.
• We’ll refund the delivery charge if the product is faulty/damaged and all products from your order are returned together. If you keep some products, we’ll retain the applicable portion of the delivery charge.
• Products must be returned with complete packaging intact / sealed in original condition for a refund or exchange to be considered.

Terms & Conditions – Return:

• All product return requests must be made within 3 days.
• Product must be unused , sealed and in original condition. 

Charges and Refunds:

• Returns for faulty items are free, while charges apply for change of mind returns.
• For change of mind returns, a processing and delivery fee may apply.

Getting Your Refund:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method in the next billing cycle after receiving the returned product. Any free or discounted products received with promotional offers must also be returned. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if products don’t fully comply with our policy.
